Strengthen our team with immediate effect/starting date in full time/part-time at our location in Berlin or Munich or Remote as Business Developer – Strategic Partnerships (m/f/d).
- Expand sales channels within the growing Business Development and International Strategic Partnership Team to contribute towards commercial growth and targets globally and help to recruit students through partnership channel
- Represent IU brand and promote IU partnership model and services to new partners
- Negotiate terms and conditions of engagement by engaging in successful lead to account conversion, coordinate the existing partnerships meetings and advise on how to scale student recruitment
- Conduct analysis and prepare pitch decks, reports, statements and other required documentation to support the commercial and partnerships growth
- Identify new business development opportunities (incl. new markets) and support strategic initiatives as well as new product development
- Enthusiastic business development professional with minimum of three years’ relevant experience in partnerships/business development (experience in student recruitment, education market or EdTech is a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills to derive market insights and develop successful Go-to-market strategies
- Experience with common CRM tools, desirably Salesforce
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills; fluent in English (fluency in Spanish is a plus)
