Build analyses and reports to measure our students’ learning experience and how our academic operations work

Support our stakeholders to better understand learning behaviour and students’ usage of the various contents, formats, and tools (e.g. how students use our learning platform, how they interact with professors, what drives their study progression, how they evaluate course formats, …)

Support our stakeholders to better understand how students use our learning platform, how they interact with professors, or how satisfied they are with lectures

Create ad-hoc analyses as well as automated reporting solutions – mainly in Power BI

Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and be an analytical sparring partner for them

Maintain our existing reporting landscape and continuously develop it further
-
You enjoy working with large amounts of data, are passionate about creating data analyses, and drawing conclusions from them

You have experience in Power BI, SQL, and Excel – Python is a plus

Good communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to collaborate successfully with our academic colleagues

You have at least two years of professional experience in business analytics – ideally in a digital or startup company

You are proficient in English – German is a plus

A successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, (business) informatics, data science or a related field round out your profile
