We are currently looking for a CMS Manager (m/f/d) to join our international marketing team. This is a full-time position, which can be carried out completely remote within Germany or at one of our locations in Germany.

Your tasks

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing our CMS as well as all content changes on our international website
Create target group-oriented web concepts for new content and products and always keep an eye on the user flow
Work in a team and with your own ideas on the conversion-based optimization of our websites and create test concepts, which you implement together with our CRO team
Work interdisciplinary with our online marketing team and support extensive projects
Ensure that all website projects are implemented in a brand-compliant way and that design specifications are met

Your Profile

Previous experience and a passion for online marketing
Familiar with content management systems (e.g. Twill/Wordpress/Storyblok) and ideally have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Good feel for building websites and proactively contribute ideas
Familiar with the interaction of marketing channels such as SEO and analysis tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar/Mouseflow) in relation to content optimization
Ideally, you have already developed concepts for A/B tests
Business fluent written and spoken English

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.
