Verstärke unser Team an unserem Campus in Essen oder Duisburg als Aushilfe (m/w/d) im Prüfungsmanagement. Diese Position konzentriert sich auf die Organisation und Begleitung der Prüfungsphasen am Campus.

Die Position ist ab sofort mit einer maximalen Wochenarbeitszeit von 10 Stunden und einem Stundenloh von 12,82 EUR verfügbar.

Deine Aufgaben

Organisation und Begleitung der Prüfungsphasen am Campus (teilweise ebenso Übernahme von Prüfungsaufsichten)

Sortierung, Kontrolle, Digitalisierung und Versand von Prüfungsunterlagen

Ansprechpartner:in für Studierende und Prüfungsaufsichten während der Prüfungsphasen

Vorbereitung, Kontrolle und Instandhaltung der Prüfungsräume

Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft: Empfang, Veranstaltungen, Raum- und Verwaltungsmanagement

Das bringst Du mit

Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise (insb. im Umgang mit Prüfungsdaten)

Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartner:innen

Flexibilität, insbesondere bei den Einsatzzeiten während Prüfungsphasen

Belastbarkeit und Ruhe auch in stressigen Situationen

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift

Schön, aber kein Muss:

Erste Erfahrungen im Hochschul- oder Verwaltungsbereich

Grundlegende IT-Affinität (z. B. beim Scannen, Drucken, Datenpflege)

Kenntnisse im Bereich Archivierung oder Datenmanagement

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
