Verstärke unser Team als Head of Student Service (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit an einem unserer Standorte oder zu 100% remote.

Deine Aufgaben

Du leitest und steuerst unser stetig wachsendes Student Office Team (aktuell 5 Teamleitungen und 50 Teammitglieder), einschließlich Personalplanung, -entwicklung und -bewertung
Du entwickelst die Abteilung zu einem skalierbaren, internationalen Multibrand Service-Team mit ausgeprägter Customer-First-Mentalität weiter.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Steuerung aller relevanten Service-KPIs
Du identifizierst und implementierst Verbesserungspotenziale zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit, zur Reduzierung von Tickets und zur Erzielung von Effizienzsteigerungen
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenanliegen schnell und effizient gelöst werden und unser Produkt durch Kundenfeedback weiterentwickelt wird

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position innerhalb eines Multibrand Kundenservice-Teams, optimalerweise international
Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsqualitäten.
Du kannst Erfolg in der ganzheitlichen Weiterentwicklung eines Service-Teams nachweisen
Du besitzt hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität und Kundenorientierung
Erfahrung mit Kundenbetreuung in Salesforce ist ein Plus

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

What is expected to be successful at IU?
