Verstärke die IU Internationale Hochschule im Team Talent Attraction ab sofort in Teilzeit (30 Std./Woche) deutschlandweit Remote und absolviere gleichzeitig ein von uns finanziertes Master-Fernstudium an der IU.

Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest spannende Projekte im Personalmarketing und Talent Attraction Bereich und erstellst datenbasierte Analysen um unsere Recruiting-Prozesse noch effizienter zu gestalten.
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege von zielgruppenorientierten Stellenausschreibungen und optimierst die Performance dieser mit A/B-Testing und datenbasierten Insights.
Du betreust eigenständig externe Stellenbörsen und bist Ansprechperson für Dienstleister.
Du führst Performanceanalysen und Prozessoptimierungen im Bereich Talent Attraction durch und evaluierst neue Technologien und Plattformen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Du bringst erste Erfahrungen in Performancebasiertem Marketing, HR-Tech oder Digital Recruiting durch Praktika oder einer Werkstudententätigkeit mit.
Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.
Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kreative Fähigkeiten, sowie einen strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsstil und eine Affinität für digitale Technologien.
Du zeichnest Dich durch eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus und sprichst idealerweise fließend Englisch.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
