Verstärke die IU Akademie im Team B2G Relationship Management ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) an einem unserer Standorte oder remote. 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Erweiterung von Kontakten im Bereich der Agenturen für Arbeit auf bundesweiter Ebene und repräsentierst unsere Organisation in virtuellen Informationsveranstaltungen 

  • Du stellst der IU Akademie auf ausgewählten Messen und Veranstaltungen vor, um unsere Präsenz und Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen 

  • Du entwickelst kreativen und zielgruppenspezifischen Content, um unsere Angebote und Leistungen gegenüber der Agentur für Arbeit ansprechend und informativ darzustellen 

  • Du hast die Möglichkeit zur aktiven Mitgestaltung und Übernahme von eigenen Projekten innerhalb des Relationship Management Teams 

  • Du tauscht dich eng mit KollegInnen anderer Abteilungen, wie unserem Sales Team aus 

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Marketing oder ähnlichem abgeschlossen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert 

  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im (telefonischen Business to Government) Vertrieb mit und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit der Agentur für Arbeit und Hochschulstudienangeboten und Weiterbildung im Allgemeinen 

  • Du begeisterst dich für telefonische Kundenbetreuung und zeigst starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 

  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, serviceorientiert und beherrschst Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau

    To what extent is home office possible?
    We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
    How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
    All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
    Why are there so many open positions at IU?
    Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.
    How flexible are the working hours at IU?
    Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.
    What is expected to be successful at IU?
