as multilingual Lead Service On Campus (International) (m/f/d). The role can be taken at one of our study locations in Germany.



Your responsibilties:

  • You independently manage the student services and administration for our international study formats at German and European study locations

  • You support the opening of international study centres and ensure the successful implementation of our (new) on-campus products

  • You are responsible for customer satisfaction at the study locations and continuously develop concepts to ensure our service excellence as well as measures to improve the student experience 

  • You define, document and optimise all operational processes of the university administration (e.g. enrolment, course & lecturer management, exam management)

  • You proactively coordinate several interfaces (e.g. Admission, Sales, Faculty), moderate efficient coordination processes and make decisions 

  • You are responsible for recruiting university administration staff at the international study locations and provide them with professional guidance (remotely and partly on site)


About you
  • You have successfully completed your studies and have at least 3 years of experience in project management, product management, customer service or sales in the education industry

  • You convince us with your experience in service delivery, customer care or consulting in an international environment and the (technical) leadership of international teams

  • You think and act in a customer-oriented way and enjoy optimising business processes

  • You can structure, efficiently design and control processes and clearly document and present concepts in this regard

  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and work independently

  • You have a high level of cooperation and like to network with your relevant interfaces in a target-oriented way

  • You communicate fluently in German, English, Spanish and French and are willing to travel

Student Services FAQs

To what extent is home office possible?
We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
Why are there so many open positions at IU?
Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.
How flexible are the working hours at IU?
Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.
