Verstärke unser Trainer-Team ab sofort / nach Absprache als Trainee CFO Office (m/w/d) (30h/Woche) an einem unserer Standorte in München, Berlin, Hamburg oder aus dem Homeoffice.
Deine Aufgaben
- Es erwarten Dich spannende Projekte und Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem C-Level und Senior Management, die Du eigenständig planst, steuerst und umsetzt
- Du führst verschiedene Analysen durch (z.B. Finanzanalyse, M&A, ESG, Pricing)
- Du erstellst Analysen und Präsentationen für unsere Vorstandssitzungen und erforderliche Berichtsunterlagen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Recherche, Aufbereitung und Präsentation von strategisch relevanten Daten und Informationen, wie z.B. die Durchführung von Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen
- Relevante Informationen ziehst Du aus unseren Datenbanken und bereitest diese Daten für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und Fragestellungen auf
Dein Profil
- Du hast Interesse an einem Dualen Masterstudium der Fachrichtung BWL, z. B. mit den Schwerpunkten Finance, Accounting & Controlling, Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Digital Business
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Du besitzt eine hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Ehrgeizige Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, einer ausgeprägten unternehmerischen und wachstumsorientierten Denkweise sowie ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähig mit einer selbständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Arbeit in einem sehr dynamischen Umfeld
- Darüber hinaus bringst Du gute Englischkenntnisse mit

To what extent is home office possible?
We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
Why are there so many open positions at IU?
Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.
How flexible are the working hours at IU?
Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.
