Verstärke unser Einkauf-Team ab sofort in Teilzeit (30 Std./Woche) als Master Trainee (m/w/d) Procurement an einem unserer Standorte (München, Hamburg, Berlin, etc.) oder remote.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt bei verschiedensten Ausschreibungsprojekten, bereitest Verhandlungen, Lieferantenrecherchen vor und überlegst dir zusammen im Team Verhandlungsstrategien für Kosteneinsparungen
- Du unterstützt im operativen und Strategischen Daily Doing
- Du analysierst unsere Dienstleister & Strukturen im Einkauf und identifizierst zukünftige Einsparpotenziale
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau eines aktiven und somit zu einer besseren & schnelleren Bewertung unserer Einkaufsausgaben (in zweistelliger Millionenhöhe)
- Dein Growth-Mindset treibt Dich täglich dazu, Neues zu lernen & Altes zu hinterfragen, Höchstleistungen für Dich & Dein Umfeld einzufordern und schnell zu einem kompetenten Ansprechpartner im Unternehmen zu werden
- Da Du Bürokratie genauso wenig magst wie wir, sind Dir Schnelligkeit & effiziente Prozesse in einem agilen Umfeld genauso wichtig wie uns
- Um das alles zu erreichen, arbeitest Du eng mit Deinem Team und den relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen
- Du hast schon Erfahrung im Einkauf und möchtest diese bei uns einsetzten und dein Know- How erweitern

- Deine Hands-On Mentalität hilft Dir auch bei operativen Einkaufstätigkeiten schnelle und pragmatische Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise und hast auch in turbulenten Zeiten immer ein Blick für Details (z. B. in Verträgen)
- Dein ausgeprägtes Zahlen- & Rechenverständnis hilft Dir dabei mögliche Savings-Potentiale schnell zu identifizieren und den Business-Wert eines Projektes, Prozesses oder einer Entscheidung abzuschätzen
- Erfolg hast Du am liebsten im Team und Teamarbeit ist Dir genauso wichtig wie selbstständiges Arbeiten – hier freust Du Dich über jedes Feedback, um jeden Tag noch etwas besser zu werden
- Du bevorzugst ein Startup-ähnliches Umfeld ohne Politik im Unternehmen – um sich mehr auf das Wesentliche zu konzentrieren

To what extent is home office possible?
We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
Why are there so many open positions at IU?
Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.
How flexible are the working hours at IU?
Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.
