Verstärke unser Finance & Controlling-Team ab sofort in Vollzeit als Performance Management Controller (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte in München, Hamburg, Berlin, … oder aus dem Homeoffice.
Deine Aufgaben
- Innerhalb unseres Konzerncontrollings bist du verantwortlich für das Effizienz- & Performance-Management der gesamten IU Group und baust dieses weiter auf; dazu entwickelst und implementierst du Leistungsindikatoren und Kennzahlen, welche die Effizienz und Produktivität des Unternehmens widerspiegeln
- Mit Fokus auf die einzelnen Fachbereiche/Abteilungen der IU bist du Sparringspartner für deren Führungskräfte bei der Entwicklung und Messung von relevanten KPI zur Bestimmung der Abteilungsperformance; anhand dieser Ergebnisse identifizierst du Verbesserungspotentiale und überwachst deren Fortschritt
- Mit Fokus auf größere strategische Projekte & Initiativen überwachst und steuerst du deren Wirtschaftlichkeit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deren operativen Manager und berätst diese hinsichtlich Erreichung der Wachstums- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsziele
- Du erstellst und nutzt performance- und zukunftsorientierte (ad-hoc) Analysen und hast Spaß daran, diese auf unterschiedlichen Management-Ebenen zu präsentieren
- Du wirkst zudem bei abteilungsübergreifenden Strategie- und Innovationsprojekten sowie bei Unternehmensübernahmen mit und unterstützt dabei unsere Controlling-Leitung
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt in einem international agierenden, stark expandierenden Unternehmen
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Excel sowie versierter Umgang mit ERP- (wir nutzen workday) als auch Business Intelligence Systemen (bei uns PowerBI)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Konzeptionelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität gepaart mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie bereichsübergreifend aber auch „out-of-the-box“ zu Denken

To what extent is home office possible?
We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
