Verstärke unser Real Estate Management-Team ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) als Real Estate Manager (m/w/d). Du wirst sowohl Remote als auch an unseren Projektstandorten Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart und Ulm eingesetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

Du leitest Sanierungsmaßnahmen und setzt deine eigenen Projekte aus dem Bereich Gebäudemanagement um
Dazu stehst Du im engen Kontakt mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern, wie z.B. den Bauträgern, und nimmst an den Baubesprechungen teil
Du begleitest die Anmietung von neuen Immobilien inkl. der Vertragsverhandlungen und der Umbaumaßnahmen
In deiner Rolle als Real Estate Manager (m/w/d) kennst Du unsere jeweiligen Betreiberpflichten und leitest Maßnahmen zu ihrer Sicherstellung ein
Du organisierst und wickelst objektbezogene Projekte (Prüfprozesse, Verwaltung, Controlling, Reporting und Dokumentation) ab
Du bist Ansprechpartner für externe und interne Partner

Dein Profil

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann / Kauffrau in der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft bzw. Immobilienkaufmann / Immobilienkauffrau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Hausverwalter, in der Betreuung von Gewerbeimmobilien oder im Property und /oder Asset Management von Gewerbeimmobilien mit
Du bringst eine entsprechende Reisebereitschaft sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen mit
Dich zeichnen aus: Kommunikationsstärke, Kreativität und analytisches Denkvermögen
Eine selbstständige und gleichzeitig teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, gepaart mit hoher Empathie sind für dich selbstverständlich
Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (vor allem MS Excel) sind zwingend erforderlich und gute Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.
