Become part of our IU international team immediately in full-time at one of our locations in Munich, Berlin, Bad Reichenhall or remote (Germany-wide) as Strategic Analyst (m/f/d).

You identify relevant information for our business and generate insights, prepare them in a suitable form and communicate the results including interpretation to the stakeholders. In doing so, you ensure that concrete recommendations for action are derived from the data obtained.

To achieve this, you will create ad-hoc analyses as well as automated reporting solutions – mainly in the Power BI and Salesforce environments.

In addition, you maintain our existing reporting landscape and continuously develop it further.

You monitor the relevant KPIs of the departments assigned to you, e.g. in the area of performance management.

You will perform these tasks as part of an agile remote team in a dynamic corporate environment.

You enjoy working with large amounts of data and are passionate about creating data analyses and draw conclusions as well as recommendations from them

You have experience working with Power BI / DAX & Salesforce

Experience in a common programming language would be a plus

You are already familiar with A/B test evaluations and have a good knowledge of statistics

You are a real team player and have a high degree of initiative, reliability and structuredness

A successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field as well as fluent German and English round out your profile
