Als Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) bei der IU spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Recruiting-Team. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, sicherzustellen, dass wir unsere Stellen effektiv und effizient besetzen und unsere Talentpipeline für unsere 38 Hochschulstandorte stets gefüllt ist.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du identifizierst, auch proaktiv, potenzielle Kandidat*innen für unsere Schlüsselpositionen (u.a. Vertriebsmitarbeiter*innen, Standortleiter*innen etc.) für unsere 38 IU-Standorte.
- Du baust Talent-Pools auf, recherchierst und identifizierst aktiv potenzielle Kandidat*innen, die in Talent-Pools organisiert werden, um zukünftige ad-hoc-Besetzungen und Wachstumsanforderungen schnell und effizient zu bewältigen.
- Du suchst durch verschiedene online und offline Quellen qualifizierte Kandidat*innen und sprichst sie an, um sie diese für die IU zu gewinnen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachbereichen zusammen, um deren Personalbedarf zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass die besten Talente eingestellt werden, um unsere gemeinsamen Ziele zu erreichen.
- Du führst initiale Interviews und Screening-Gespräche durch, um sicherzustellen, dass die Kandidat*innen die Anforderungen und die Kultur der IU erfüllen.
Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium.
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Talent Sourcing/Talent Acquisition mit und kennst dich mit den unterschiedlichen Arbeitsmärkten in Deutschland aus.
- Regelmäßige Reisen und Teilnahme an Meetups, Messen und Events stellen für dich kein Problem dar
- Du liebst es alle Fäden in der Hand zu halten und (pro)aktiv Kandidat*innen anzusprechen.
- Du liebst es mit Kandidat*innen im Austausch zu stehen und (pro)aktiv diese anzusprechen.
- Du bist erst zufrieden, wenn eine Stelle erfolgreich besetzt werden konnte.
- Deine Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sind hervorragend.
- Du arbeitest proaktiv und ergebnisorientiert.

To what extent is home office possible?
We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
Why are there so many open positions at IU?
Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.
How flexible are the working hours at IU?
Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.
