Verstärke unser akademisches Talent Attraction Team ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) als Talent Attraction Specialist (m/w/d) in München, einem unserer nationalen Standorte oder remote deutschlandweit.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du sorgst für qualifizierte Bewerber in der Pipeline: Für alle Positionen von der Professur bis zum freiberuflichen Dozenten
  • Da Du genau weißt, wo Du die relevante Zielgruppe findest, entwickelst Du neue Ideen für die aktive Ansprache sowie die Sichtbarkeit unserer Vakanzen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Employer Branding Team weiter
  • Du identifizierst passende Kandidat:innen über Social Media (wie LinkedIn und Xing), sprichst sie aktiv an und entwickelst unsere Such- und Ansprachestrategien weiter
  • Du qualifizierst interessierte Kandidaten vom Lead zum passenden Bewerber, dabei berätst du deinen Kandidaten über das am besten passende Format
  • Du steuerst die Recruiting-Performance deines Fachbereichs mit relevanten KPIs und ergreifst die richtigen Escalation Maßnahmen zum passenden Zeitpunkt
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium, bevorzugt mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung aus dem Personaldienstleistungs-Umfeld oder Talent Attraction Bereich mit, gerne auch Quereinsteiger aus der Sales- Branche
  • Dich zeichnet eine proaktive Arbeitsweise aus, dein Fokus liegt auf der Platzierung des geeigneten Kandidaten.
  • Durch Deine aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Art fühlst Du Dich in unserem Remote-Team mit flachen Hierarchien wohl 
  • Die Priorisierung von Vakanzen nach definierten Service Leveln als auch ein realistisches Erwartungsmanagement mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholder gehört zu deinen Stärken

Am I a permanent employee or freelancer in IU Academia?
Our Professors are permanently employed and our Lecturers, Tutors, and Authors are all Freelancers.
Is there a teacher forum for discussion & exchange?
Absolutely! At every location we have a regular faculty conference. We also encourage dialogue via our collaboration tools and all our module leaders are available for questions at any time.
What is the application process for a lecturer assignment?
Once we review your application you will receive a further questionnaire by e-mail to be completed and returned.  We will promptly send you relevant information by e-mail about teaching at IU. We will also inform you about the process regarding a trial lecture.
When do lectures take place in dual studies?
Our dual study program includes modules that take place every two weeks and modules that are taught every week on specific days. Normally, our lectures for a module take place in blocks of 4-6 UE (UE = 45 minutes). Planning of the blocks is done in consultation with our lecturers. The weekly teaching hours are: Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00.
