Verstärke unser Accounting-Team ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) als Teamlead Accounts Payable (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Bad Honnef oder im Homeoffice.
Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche & Disziplinarische Führung und Entwicklung des Kreditoren Team
- Sicherstellung der Qualität der Buchungsabläufe und Prozesse
- Verantwortung für Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie für das OCR System, die Rechnungsgenehmigung und den Zahlungsverkehr
- Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Ausarbeitung, Überwachung und Steuerung der internen Prozessabläufe sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung und deren Dokumentation
- Anfertigung von Analysen, Auswertungen und Reporting‘s (DPO, Durchlaufzeiten etc.)
- Ansprechpartner/in für interne und externe Lieferanten und Partner
- Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals-, und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS inkl.
- Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschluss- und Steuerprüfungen
- Mitarbeit an Accounting Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine relevante kaufmännische / betriebswirtschaftliche Berufsausbildung, idealerweise eine darauf aufbauende kaufmännische / betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (im Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen / Controlling, Bilanz (-Buchhaltung) …
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kreditoren
- Erste Führungserfahrungen
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen und im Prozessmanagement sowie in der Bearbeitung und Überwachung interner Kontrollprozesse
- Du bist IT affin und die Anwendung eines modernen ERP System fällt Dir leicht, MS Office gehört für Dich zu einer Standardanwendung
- Du kannst Dich in einem Team mit Deiner guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit entfalten
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine sehr selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus und stellst Dich flexibel auf neue und wechselnde Anforderungen ein
- Du behältst auch in Situation erhöhten Arbeitsaufkommens den Überblick und trägst zum Erfolg des Teams bei
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

To what extent is home office possible?
We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
Why are there so many open positions at IU?
Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.
How flexible are the working hours at IU?
Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.
