Verstärke unser Team zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) an unserem Standort in Stuttgart.

Das erwartet Dich

Du bist für die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des achtköpfigen Teams der Hochschulverwaltung verantwortlich und sorgst hier für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft am Campus
Du bist für die ständige Überwachung, Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Campus Office, Student Services, Kursmanagement und dem Prüfungsamt verantwortlich, als auch für die Planung und Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen am Campus
Du leitest die Studierendenkommunikation und bist für die Steuerung der KPIs am Standort zuständig dazu zählen das NPS- und Beschwerdemanagement sowie die Customer Experience und Zufriedenheit unserer Studierenden   
Du arbeitest eng mit dem zentralen Team der Hochschulverwaltung sowie dem Team am Campus zusammen, insbesondere mit der Standortleitung und der Studienberatung

Das bringst Du mit

Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder abgeschlossenes Studium und verfügst über erste Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Customer Service Bereich
Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Bildungsbranche gesammelt
Dein Führungsstil ist geprägt durch ein gelebtes Wertebewusstsein, Hands-On Mentalität, eine offene, wertschätzende Feedbackkultur und einem gesunden Verhältnis aus Zielvorgaben und begleitender Unterstützung
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und Datenmanagementsystemen (Frontoffice- oder CRM-Systeme) und kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch

Student Services FAQs

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

What is expected to be successful at IU?
