Verstärke unser Team zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teilzeit (ca. 30h/Woche) an unserem Standort in Köln.

Das erwartet Dich

Du betreust unsere Studierenden am Standort aktiv per Mail, Telefon oder im persönlichen Gespräch bzgl. aller studienrelevanten Anliegen u.a. zu Anträgen auf Anerkennungen von Vorleistungen, Beurlaubungen und Prüfungsunfähigkeit
Du übernimmst die Verwaltung der Studierendendaten, einschließlich Fristenüberwachung, Antragsprüfung und –Bearbeitung sowie administrative Aufgaben
Du bist persönliche:r Anprechpartner:in für unsere Studierenden und begleitest sie während des gesamten Studiums, hast stets ein offenes Ohr für ihre Fragen und nutzt ihr Feedback, um die Studierendenzufriedenheit am Studienort zu optimieren
Du bist mit Deinem Team für die Organisation und Koordination von Veranstaltungen (z.B. Immatrikulationstage, Graduierungsfeiern, Campus Meetings, Infotage, Exkursionen, Erstsemesterveranstaltung) verantwortlich

Das bringst du mit

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Erststudium an einer (Fach-)Hochschule oder Universität und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder in der Verwaltung
Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld mit viel Verantwortung, bist teamfähig, kommunikativ, lösungsorientiert und belastbar
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen, kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und bringst idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse mit

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

What is expected to be successful at IU?
