This is a unique opportunity for an extraordinary personality: You will be part of our post-merger integration team at IU Group, fostering the program expansion at our Canadian university, leveraging the Germany-based teams assisting with procuring world-class university courses and materials.
Specifically, you will ensure that our degree programs and their corresponding materials and assessments fit the Canadian market and are coherent with Canadian university standards.

You build substantial expertise in learning outcome formulation, student assessment strategies, and digital lab environments for applied learning.

You orchestrate various academic teams, program chairs, and regulatory requirements to ensure the high-quality and timely production of materials and assessments.

You act quickly with timely decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic virtual team.

You report to the Director of Global Accreditations & Regulatory, coordinating multiple teams and serving as the expert go-to person. In this role, you will grow into a senior management position, further developing your expertise in Canadian learning environments, project management, and people skills. Profile

You have outstanding project management skills, ideally perfected in a consulting firm.

You possess excellent leadership and people management skills.

You have some knowledge of higher education quality standards (taxonomies, objectives, evaluations, etc.).

You have a high affinity for remote learning and strong organizational skills.

You are a self-starter, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about creative solutions to new problems.

You have ideally some experience teaching at a North-American university.

You possess a PhD.
