Teilzeit/auf Stundenbasis mit maximal 10h/ Woche | Ab sofort | Für die Position ist ein Stundenlohn von 12,82€ vorgesehen

Du möchtest Teil eines engagierten Teams sein und einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Hochschulcampus mitgestalten? Dann unterstütze uns im Prüfungsmanagement und sorge gemeinsam mit uns für eine professionelle Betreuung unserer Studierenden.

Deine Aufgaben

Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege von Daten und Listen, scannst Dokumente und sorgst für die Archivierung.
Du druckst und sortierst Unterlagen an unserem Standort, packst und verschickst sie.
Du nimmst an Präsenzterminen wie Aufsichts- oder Einsichtsterminen teil
Du unterstützt das Team bei Empfangsaufgaben und täglichen organisatorischen Aufgaben.
Du hilfst den Campus sauber und aufgeräumt zu halten.

Das bringst Du mit

Du bist flexibel und hast Lust, bei Präsenzterminen vor Ort mit dabei zu sein, wenn es für manche Aufgaben erforderlich ist.
Du bist gründlich und ordentlich, wenn es darum geht, Prüfungsunterlagen und -ergebnisse zu erfassen und zu verwalten.
Du legst großen Wert auf Genauigkeit und Datenschutz, wenn es um Prüfungsdaten geht.
Du bist auch nicht abgeneigt, bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung mitzuwirken

Schön, aber kein Muss:

Erste Erfahrungen im Hochschul- oder Verwaltungsbereich
Grundlegende IT-Affinität (z. B. beim Scannen, Drucken, Datenpflege)
Kenntnisse im Bereich Archivierung oder Datenmanagement

What is expected to be successful at IU?

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
