Strengthen our Erfurt team in part-time (20 hrs./week) as Working Student Study Access Alliance NGO (f/m/d) at our location in Erfurt or remote.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner Management: oversight of partners, strong involvement in candidate selection process, coordinating problem-solving for partners.

  • Student Journey management: Responsible for the end-to-end process from issuing scholarship contracts to successful enrolment at the university. Managing student support measures, such as communication channels towards students (newsletters, MS Teams, WhatsApp) including community management and development of further support solutions.

  • Communication and Marketing: responsible for internal and external communication through Social Media, website

Your Profile

  • You are currently getting your Bachelor degree in Marketing, NGO management, Media Management, Project Management or similar.

  • Preferably, first experience in account management, operations or marketing for example through an internship.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills coupled with strong communication skills, with experience in both internal and external communication.

  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, German would be a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with multiple stakeholders, including partners and internal teams.

    Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

    Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.
    How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
    All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
    To what extent is home office possible?
    We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
