Senior Conversational UX Designer (m/f/d)

Join our NLP/AI Team in full time (40 hrs./week) as Senior Conversational UX Designer (m/f/d) at one of our location in Germany or remote.

• Passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment within a successful company, with a desire to disrupt the global education system

• Comfortable with agile work methodologies without strictly adhering to frameworks like Scrum

• Proven experience in UX and UI design, having led multiple projects from strategy to launch with a strong attention to detail, along with an in-depth understanding of conversational UI design principles

• Ability to develop prototypes, MVPs, and final products in a fast-paced setting

• Comfortable embracing uncertainty, understanding user needs, and adjusting solutions or pivoting as necessary

• Expertise in designing innovative interfaces for learners across mobile, web, speaking assistants, and VR, particularly in content creation and consumption

• Prior experience with conversational UI design

• Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven design practices

• Experience with front-end programming is a bonus

• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools

• Fluent in both German and English

Become part of our NLP/AI Team at Germany’s largest university! We develop solutions to further increase our efficiency and productivity – through automation, higher clocking, and better monitoring of our processes. Our NLP/AI Team is developing new and automation solutions based on new technology that uses GPT-4 and natural language processing. We would like to capture most potential of leveraging those exciting new technologies in a repetitive transaction-like environments, and that suite of initiatives will require central coordination.
