Agile Coach (m/f/d)

Support our Development team remotely across Germany, starting immediately in full-time (40 hrs) as an Agile Coach (m/f/d).

• Research and steer initiatives to improve and/or change processes for teams (or other parts of the organization)

• Build support mechanisms and practices for collaboration and management across multiple dedicated Agile teams

• Support DOs in growing and maintaining a backlog with clear business value and sufficient details for the engineering team

• Educate on refining the product backlog and preparing user stories for the sprint

• Help the team turn implicit practices into explicit team agreements to drive quality, accountability, and delivery

• Mediate through conflicts, and support the decision-making process and team's self-organization

The goal is to arm agile teams so that they’ll be able to use agile to its full potential by:

– bringing the right questions

– providing good mental models

– challenging people in their thinking

– guide them towards building great products for our customers

• Several years of experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master with focus on software development

• Excellent expertise in applying agile methodologies and tools – with focus on remote team set ups

• Independent way of working and strong focus on outcomes and deliverables

• Ability to define relevant goals, KPIs etc. to measure impact of taken measures

• Strong communication skills coupled with an agile and results-oriented mindset

• German and English skills on a professional proficiency level
