Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Join our Partnership team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Business Analyst (m/f/d) at our location in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne or remote (Germany wide).

• Pull data together from different sources and derive actionable insights regarding areas for improvement and optimization.

• Support our cross-functional stakeholders to better understand customer behavior in both pre-sales and post-sales, creating weekly reporting that can be shared with our management team.

• Develop a deep understanding of our business, the most relevant KPIs and support establishing steering/early indicator systems around them, creating automated reporting solutions – mainly in Power BI.

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and be an analytical sparring partner for them.

• Build up a reporting landscape for the partnership teams and continuously develop it further.

• You enjoy working with large amounts of data, are passionate about creating data analyses, and drawing conclusions from them.

• You have experience in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, Salesforce is a plus.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to collaborate successfully with our colleagues.

• You have at least two years of professional experience in business analytics – ideally in a digital or startup company.

• You are proficient in English – German is a plus.

• A successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, (business) informatics, data science or a related field round out your profile.
