Are you an experienced Salesforce Expert (m/f/d) looking for a new professional challenge?

Then seize this opportunity and join us – IU International University – immediately, either full-time, at our location in Munich or remotely, as "Salesforce Engineer (m/f/d)".

• Analyze, adapt, further develop, and test the existing services of our Salesforce Enterprise platform, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements.

• Develop complex Apex modules, asynchronous callouts, scheduled Apex jobs, and flow interfaces to enhance the functionality and performance of our Salesforce platform.

• Drive the further development of our multi-tenant environment with several business units, including system administration of the Salesforce environment.

• Coordinate and contribute to the development of an exceptional user experience by creating custom UI components and enhancing the overall interface design.

• Continuously improve deployment automation (CI/CD) processes to streamline development workflows and ensure efficient delivery of Salesforce solutions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to development guidelines, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date information for the team.

• Offer code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor other team members to foster growth and maintain high coding standards.

• Demonstrated excellence in programming skills, specifically in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

• Extensive experience in working with web services and implementing Salesforce CI/CD processes using tools like GitLab and SFDX, PMDs and/or SonarCloud.

• Strong quality awareness, striving for excellence in every aspect of your work.

• High analytical understanding of complex issues and the ability to propose effective solutions.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative to drive projects forward and overcome challenges.

• Hands-on experience with system integrations, enabling seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other applications.

• Experience in project management and working with agile development methods to deliver projects on time and within scope.
