Head of Customer Journey (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Head of Customer Journey (m/f/d) to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position, which can be carried out from anywhere within the UK. Additionally, you will have the chance to attend occasional in-person meetings in Germany.

• Own the customer journey in UK market from first touch of the user to becoming a student

• Define conversion strategy throughout the customer acquisition funnel

• Identify and prioritise initiatives based on data to drive growth

• Directly leading website team and CRM team to ensure optimal and conversion-oriented customer journey

• Closely collaborate with other teams and units (e.g., performance marketing, marketing communications, sales) to improve overall results

• Measure success along defined Metrics/KPIs and leverage insights for continuous improvement

• Successfully completed university degree in business, economics or related field

• Multiple years of experience in a startup, high-growth company, consulting or similar high-paced environment

• Strong data acumen with experience in making data-driven decisions

• Experience with steering a team, leverage cross-unit resources and external service providers to implement marketing initiatives

• Experience with customer-centric and target group focused communication

• Ideally experience in a conversion-oriented B2C environment such as e-commerce

• Ideally experience with marketing in an international environment and in a go-to-market setting

• Hands-on mentality and drive to ensure implementation by overcoming challenges independently

• Fluent English skills
