Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

Strengthen our International Sales Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Sales Advisor (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne or Berlin.

This role focuses on guiding international students through the enrollment process while delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

• Provide comprehensive support to prospective students via telephone, email, chat, and WhatsApp throughout the application and enrollment journey

• Advise international applicants by identifying needs, clarifying inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions

• Utilize consultative sales techniques to convert leads into successful enrollments

• Maintain accurate and organized customer data to ensure service excellence

• Apply persuasive communication and collaboration skills to foster a positive student experience

• You hold a commercial or sales qualification, a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent credential

• You are goal-driven, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic, process-oriented environments

• You remain focused and motivated even during high-volume periods

• You are a collaborative team player who independently identifies and addresses student needs

• You possess excellent English skills, a strong service mindset, and are proficient in MS Office and modern IT systems
