Director Product EduPlatform Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Join IU Group on a mission to democratize access to education! We are looking for Dir ector Product EduPlatform Infrastructure (m/f/d) and drive innovation for the biggest German University with more than 150.000 students.
This position is available immediately in full-time (40hrs./week) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

Lead the product vision and continuously refine the EduPlatform and support all teams contributing to delivery of study programs to provide innovative, scalable tech-enabled services.

Transform legacy systems into cutting-edge, future-ready solutions by implementing the latest technology, driving innovation, and setting new standards for educational platforms.

Drive enhancements in key internal processes, such as program and curricula management, learning experience, course and lecturer coordination, and media production, to directly impact product quality, time to market and efficiency.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (business teams, UX, engineering, QA, enterprise architecture) including stakeholder communications with a focus on ensuring alignment and collaboration across all product team initiatives, fostering a cohesive and productive environment.

Strategically design and implement a roadmap for integrating additional business units and universities into EduPlatform, broadening its influence and impact across the educational landscape.

Proven track record in leading groups of products, ideally within B2B/B2C environment, scale-ups, within multi-product/ internal-facing product portfolio.

Robust technical background equipping you with the technical acumen to lead and drive tech-enabled product development with confidence.

Background in managing large-scale, matrixed organizations including product and engineering teams.

You excel in navigating complex systems and uncovering opportunities to innovate and optimize processes at scale.

Strong communication skills and enjoy managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring cross-functional alignment and collaboration across all initiatives within the product team.

Fluency in English is required. German is a plus.

Experience in the higher education or education sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
