Senior Business Analyst – Product Information Management (m/f/d)

Strenghten our Product Information Management Team starting immediately in full-time (40 hrs./week) as (Senior) Business Analyst – Product Information Management (m/f/d) at one of our locations or remotely across Germany.
This role focuses on Product Information Management, shaping a seamless and scalable product data ecosystem – driving structure, consistency, and innovation across all touchpoints.

Analyze, develop, and optimize product master data taxonomy for consistent structure across all categories and channels.

Organize and classify product information to enable smooth integration of new products and types.

Define and maintain product master data structures, attributes, and characteristics that meet business, technical, and legal standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams (such as Product Management, Marketing, IT, or Sales) to translate requirements into sustainable data structures and categories.

Provide concepts and documentation to support the transition from requirements analysis to technical design.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a strong focus on Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management in complex, enterprise-level environments.

Strong knowledge of data structures, information flows, and product lifecycle requirements in multi-channel businesses.

Hands-on experience with PIM software solutions, data quality management, and cross-unit data integration; understanding of requirements engineering techniques and methodologies.

Familiarity with Akeneo or similar PIM systems is a strong plus; experience in E-Commerce processes and digital product data management is advantageous.
