Become part of our IU international team by December in full-time – at one of our locations in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg or remotely.

(Senior) Designer International (m/f/d)

• Responsible for marketing design in our international markets team

• Align with stakeholders from Marketing, Performance Marketing, and CRM to provide suitable design solutions for marketing projects

• Guide the creative process and the design team's work from start to finish, manage project flow and prioritization seamlessly

• Help to guide brand and marketing designers through mentorship and feedback

• Ensure consistency with IU brand design guidelines along all marketing touchpoints      

• Engage external agencies or freelance talent as necessary and provide constructive feedback and direction

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Design or similar

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design

• Initial experience guiding mid-level and junior designers 

• Experience working in cross-functional roles

• Capable of working on large or complex projects (or multiple small/mid-size projects) while maintaining momentum and quality

• Experience working with Adobe CC, Figma and Photoshop/Illustrator (additional Adobe animate)

• Ideally experience with HTML/CSS (basic knowledge required) and Google Analytics

• An outstanding design portfolio demonstrating wider strategic design thinking in projects

• Hands-on mentality and drive to ensure implementation by overcoming challenges independently

• Business English (fluent written and spoken)

• A versatile and responsible task in a collegial atmosphere at the pioneer of digital education
