Strategic Analyst (m/f/d)

Join our team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Strategic Analyst (m/f/d) at our location in Munich, Berlin, Bad Reichenhall or remote (Germany-wide).

• You identify relevant information for our business and generate insights, prepare them in a suitable form and communicate the results including interpretation to the stakeholders.  

• To achieve this, you will create ad-hoc analyses as well as automated reporting solutions – mainly in the Power BI and Salesforce environments.  

• In addition, you maintain our existing reporting landscape and continuously develop it further. 

• You monitor the relevant KPIs of the departments assigned to you, e.g. in the area of performance management. 

• You will be advising stakeholders on optimal AB Test set ups and analyse the outcomes.

• You will be improving our Data Quality as part of a companywide “One Source of Truth "effort which is done mainly in SQL and Python.

• You will perform these tasks as part of an agile remote team in a dynamic corporate environment.  

• You enjoy working with large amounts of data and are passionate about creating data analyses and draw conclusions as well as recommendations from them  – a true Data Consultant 

• You have experience working with Power BI / DAX, Salesforce, SQL & Python 

• You are already familiar with A/B test evaluations and have a good knowledge of statistics  

• You are a real team player and have a high degree of initiative, reliability and structuredness

• A successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field as well as fluent English round up your profile (German would be a plus)
