Strengthen our team with immediate starting date at our location in Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich or Remote (in Germany) as Trainee Business Development – International Partnerships.

You contribute towards commercial growth by developing new partnerships with corporate and academic partners internationally

You identify new business development opportunities by gaining market insights through research and events
-
You analyze potential partners and competitors and prepare pitch material to position the IU partnership offering

You manage partnerships by keeping partners up to date about IU and guiding them through our processes

You communicate directly with both external partners and internal IU teams

You successfully completed your bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration and already gained a minimum of one year of work experience through internships or working student positions

You want to graduate with a Master's degree

You have a growth mindset and are motivated to take ownership to develop the business further internationally

You gained experience in working with PowerPoint & Excel and like to develop this further

You are motivated, pro-active, open to new ideas and have a hands-on working attitude

You are interested to develop negotiation skills to support contract term negotiations

Fluent in English both verbally and written, you feel confident to communicate with partners across the globe. Any other languages e.g. Arabic or French would be beneficial.

An optimal combination between career entry and a financed Master’s (Distance learning) including monthly remuneration – IU fully pays your study

We will pay your tuition fees at IU for you. In order to still have enough time for your studies, you work just 30 hours a week instead of full time. The monthly payment for this is gross 1573 Euro and you also receive a voucher card with a monthly credit of 44 Euro.
