UX Engineer (m/w/d)

Support our engineering team EPOS as a UX Engineer (m/f/d) remotely across Germany, starting immediately in full-time (40 hrs).

• Conceptualize, design and hand over prototypes of varying fidelity as crucial input to our domain development teams. Assist the teams in understanding and fulfilling your input.

• Coordinate your effort with UX colleagues

• Understand and facilitate the development of an overarching frontend-framework, which caters towards different domains.

• Partake in cyclical design reviews

• Evaluation of your results in terms of user requirements incl. usability testing and derivation of recommendations for action

• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in user experience design / user interface design with the associated processes and methods

• Experience with common prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, etc.

• Ideally have some understanding about atomic design.

• Very good feeling for functional but especially user-centered design and its technical feasibility

• Enjoy speed & efficient processes in an agile product environment

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
