Strengthen our Finance Service Team in part-time (20 hrs./week) as Working Student Student Service (m/f/d) within Germany on-site in Bad Honnef, starting immediately.
This role focuses on supporting international students through administrative services and front-desk engagement in a dynamic campus environment.
Your tasks
  • Overseeing daily office operations including mail handling, supply procurement, lounge checks, and restocking the student kitchen
  • Coordinating facility-related needs with Real Estate (e.g., keys, lighting, repairs)
  • Greeting and welcoming students at the front desk with professionalism and warmth
  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from international students, supporting the Study Guides team
  • Representing our service culture by providing solution-oriented support for administrative study-related questions
Your Profile
  • Confident, trustworthy, and reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility
  • High level of assertiveness and flexibility to take on tasks at short notice
  • Excellent command of English; German is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
