Strengthen our Mobile Development Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as AI-Native Mobile Engineer (m/f/d) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

This role focuses on developing innovative mobile applications, leveraging AI-driven tools, and ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Your tasks

  • Develop scalable iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, SwiftData, and Vapor.
  • Explore Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Utilize AI coding tools such as Cursor and Codex to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI, backend, and design teams to drive feature innovation.
  • Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and robust app monitoring.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in native app development for iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose).
  • Strong proficiency in AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot/Codex) and prompt engineering, with a curiosity for exploring new AI-driven workflows.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI features into mobile applications; experience with cloud-based or backend integrations (e.g., SwiftData, Vapor, or cloud architectures) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of modern mobile development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and basic DevOps concepts.
  • Interest in UX/UI design, accessibility, and building user-centric mobile experiences; collaboration with design and product teams comes naturally.
  • Openness to working with or learning cross-platform frameworks and web technologies where it adds value.
  • Collaborative mindset with fluency in German and English.
  • Passion for staying ahead of emerging technologies, especially AI, iOS, and the evolving mobile ecosystem.
