Verstärke unser Performance Marketing Team ab sofort und in Vollzeit an einem unserer Standorte in Deutschland  oder komplett  remote als Head of Website (m/w/d) für unsere DACH Website (www.iu.de).

 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Business Owner mit Fokus auf der Maximierung von Leads und Bewerbern über die Website www.iu.de für die Units Fernstudium, Duales Studium und myStudium 

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung unseres interdisziplinären Website-Teams

  • Optimierung der Traffic Akquise und Leadgenerierung durch die Entwicklung kreativer und performanter Ideen gemeinsam mit den anderen Performance Marketing Teams 

  • Prototyping und Testing von business-relevanten Weiterentwicklungen für die Website entlang der Customer Journey sowie Priorisierung für die Umsetzung im angrenzenden Martech Team

  • Regelmäßige Analyse und Reporting der Kennzahlen inkl. Umsetzung der Conversion-Optimierung gemeinsam mit angrenzenden Abteilungen (wie z.B. Performance Marketing, CRM, Sales) 

  • Stakeholdermanagement in alle Richtungen (z.B. Aufnahme von Anforderungen aus anderen Bereichen an die Website, Priorisierung und Vorbereitung von Anforderungen an das Martech Team, Informationsfluss ans Management, Prozessoptimierung etc.)

Die Website www.iu.de soll Interessierten im DACH-Raum helfen, aus dem großen Angebot an Weiterbildungs- und Studienmöglichkeiten an der IU die richtige Wahl für ihre Zukunft zu treffen. Hierfür suchen wir in unserem schlagkräftigen Performance Marketing Team einen “Head of Website” (mwd) mit analytischem Denkvermögen und koordinativer Umsetzungsstärke. Zudem solltest du Erfahrung im Führen von Teams haben und Lust mitbringen diese weiterzuentwickeln. 

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium respektive mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt BWL, (Performance) Marketing, Projektmanagement, Produktmanagement o.Ä.

  • Erfahrung im Entwicklungsumfeld von Webprodukten, z.B. im Produktmanagement oder der Projektsteuerung

  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von standortübergreifenden Teams und mit interdisziplinären Scrum-Teams sowieaAusgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung im Management diverser Stakeholdergruppen

  • Souveränes Auftreten, Hands-on-Mentalität, Planungsstärke sowie Lösungs- und Ergebnisorientierung

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
