Operations Manager – Study Access Alliance (m/f/d)

    Strengthen our Study Access Alliance team in full-time as an Operations Manager (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Germany or the UK or Remote (within Germany or UK).

    This position focuses on driving operational excellence and partnership success within a purpose-driven, international scholarship initiative.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Manage and expand all existing partnerships, serve as the primary contact for partners, and coordinate the onboarding of new collaborations

    • Conduct info sessions for prospective students and oversee the application and selection process, including document verification and scholarship contract issuance

    • Monitor student enrolment and provide ongoing support to scholarship recipients as the main point of contact for all scholarship-related matters

    • Ensure student success and academic progress through regular sessions, office hours, and progress tracking in line with scholarship requirements

    • Oversee legal and financial compliance, including donation handling, fund monitoring, invoice preparation, and drafting the annual report for the German tax authorities

    Your Profile

    • You hold a university degree and bring at least 3 years of experience in operations, account, or project management

    • You are fluent in English and German and possess strong intercultural communication skills

    • You have a service-oriented mindset and confidently manage multiple stakeholders and projects independently and collaboratively

    • You are detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and maintain high standards in legal and financial processes
