Verstärke unser Finance & Controlling-Team ab sofort in Teilzeit (30 Std./Woche) als Trainee Accounting (Schwerpunkt Controlling) (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Bad Honnef oder im Homeoffice.
Deine Aufgaben
- In Deiner täglichen Arbeit unterstützt Du tatkräftig das Accounting-Team mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich des Monatsabschlusses. Insbesondere bei der Analyse von Zahlen.
- Zu Deinen vielfältigen Aufgaben gehören nach einer ausführlichen Einarbeitung die Mitwirkung und Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen inklusive aller dazugehörigen Arbeitsschritte und Tätigkeiten
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Du hilfst dabei die Veränderungen und Optimierungen aktiv zu begleiten
- Du bist darüber hinaus in die Planung, Vorbereitung sowie Durchführung von Projekten involviert und hast hierfür immer die richtigen Kennzahlen im Blick
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist idealerweise auch recht sicher in der englischen Sprache
- Zu guter Letzt bist Du wissbegierig und willst jeden Tag etwas Neues dazulernen!

- Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengangs – alternativ beweise uns gerne anders Deine Zahlenbegeisterung!
- Du bist IT & Zahlenaffin? Super! Du hast vielleicht sogar schon im Rahmen eines Praktikums oder einer Ausbildung mit einer Buchhaltungs-Software wie Datev, Workday oder SAP gearbeitet? Perfekt – aber kein Muss!
- Durch Deinen zuvorkommenden Kommunikationsstil fühlen sich Deine Gesprächspartner immer serviceorientiert beraten
- Deine Persönlichkeit zeichnet Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (insbesondere Excel) runden Dein Profil ab.

To what extent is home office possible?
We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
