CRM Manager (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for all CRM activities from the conception to the implementation in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email tools 

• Design of target group-specific journeys and coordination of the communication with our copywriting and graphics teams as well as other relevant departments 

• Responsibility for the analysis, further development, and maintenance of all CRM processes 

• Optimization of templates and messaging through constant A/B testing 

• Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating all key performance indicators in CRM and data-based acting

• Successfully completed your studies in Marketing, Business or in a related field 

• At least 3 years of professional experience in CRM, ideally in areas such as e-commerce or other transactional models 

• Ideallye experienced in working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and good HTML and CSS knowledge and experience

• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills 

• Business fluent English
