Senior Strategic Finance Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Finance Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Senior Strategic Finance Manager DACH (m/f/d) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

This role blends finance, strategy and analytics at the highest level. You’ll be the right hand to our CFO DACH, driving high-impact projects and using your analytical and strategic skills to shape our largest and most important business unit. • Tackle high-impact strategic questions by driving initiatives from concept through analysis to execution
• Identify financial opportunities by proactively deriving actionable insights from performance data
• Develop forecasts and scenario analyses based on key business drivers in close collaboration with operational leadership
• Prepare strategic insights and financial reports for C-level stakeholders and external investors
• Support group-wide strategic finance initiatives, including equity story development, refinancing efforts, and quarterly investor updates

• Experience in high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking or entrepreneurship; Ideally previous experience in a finance function
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial thinking skills
• Proven track record in analytics and business modelling
• Strategic mindset and conceptual strength paired with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented with an 80/20 mindset
• Strong communicator familiar with sophisticated stakeholder environment
• Business fluency in both German and English
