(Senior) Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)
Join us on our mission to make education accessible for all.
Strengthen our Marketing Data Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as (Senior) Marketing Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) within Germany remotely or at one of our office locations.
The role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, building advanced data products, optimizing marketing automation and bridging data engineering and analytics to enhance business decision-making and empower our teams to better make informed decisions.

Design and develop innovative data products that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Architect and implement sophisticated data models and AI-powered solutions, integrating AI/ML into analytics and marketing workflows to automate and scale decision-making.

Spearhead our marketing automation efforts and optimize standard reports and dashboards, ensuring they remain accurate, relevant, and impactful for performance steering.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, Business) to understand their data needs, challenge requirements, and deliver tailored, pragmatic solutions.

Continuously improve data pipelines and workflows by researching, testing, and implementing emerging data & AI technologies and best practices.

Proven track record in analytics engineering, data modeling, or a related field, with hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines and analytics-ready models on modern data warehouses.

Expert-level SQL and strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, R), plus experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and ETL/ELT processes – ideally including integrating AI/ML models or signals into reporting and marketing workflows.

Strong understanding of complex business logic and marketing contexts, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
