International Customer Support (m/f/d) Campus Köln

Strengthen our University Administration Team – International Campus in 40 hrs/week as Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) onsite at our Cologne campus.
This role focuses on delivering tech-enabled, student-centric services, opti
mizing administrative processes, and supporting international students throughout their academic journey at our innovative Cologne campus.

Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact on Campus for international students, guiding them throughout their academic lifecycle with a service-oriented and empathetic mindset.

Manage and resolve student inquiries across digital and in-person channels, leveraging scalable support frameworks and internal knowledge bases.

Continuously optimize administrative workflows by integrating feedback, data-driven insights, and best practices.

Facilitate collaboration with university administration and student advisory teams to enhance the overall student experience.

Drive student satisfaction by proactively identifying needs and translating them into effective, tech-enabled solutions.

You bring strong service experience, for example in hospitality, customer service, or customer support, as well as excellent English language skills at a native or near-native proficiency level.

You bring strong intercultural competence and an international mindset, ideally complemented by experience working in international environments.

You have ideally completed a higher education degree, preferably in an international or globally oriented academic environment.

Your empathetic and solution-oriented personality allows you to easily connect with students and support them through challenges.
