Career & Alumni Manager in Berlin (m/f/w)

Strengthen our Career Services Team in full-time or part-time as Career & Alumni Manager (m/f/d) within Germany in a hybrid arrangement at our office locations in Berlin.

This role focuses on empowering international students through tailored career services and fostering strong alumni and employer networks.

• Design and deliver scalable career development services for international students, including workshops, individual coaching, and networking events

• Build and nurture strong global alumni relations, including engagement with international alumni, to promote long-term collaboration

• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with companies and organizations for internships and graduate positions

• Advise students on job applications, career planning, and navigating the German and international job markets

• Plan and organize impactful career fairs, alumni events, and employer meetups

• University degree, ideally in education, HR, communication, or international studies

• At least two years of experience in career services, alumni relations, or a related field

• Excellent communication skills in both English and German (C1 level or higher)

• Strong intercultural competence and hands-on experience working with international students or professionals

• Proactive, well-organized, and confident working both independently and as part of a team

• Coaching apprenticeship or further training is a plus
