Become part of our team immediately as UI/ UX Designer (m/f/d) in full-time at our location in Munich, Hamburg or remotely (in Germany).

Responsibilities

• You conceptualise and design responsive sites for mobile and desktop for different brands and develop them further in a user-centered way.

• You create storyboards, mockups, user flows, wireframes & interactive prototypes

• Together with the project team, you are responsible for and design the user experience of our websites, landing pages and future digital products.

• You consistently take the user perspective and derive insights into user behaviour and desires through user research

• You evaluate and test your results against user requirements including usability testing and derive recommendations for action

• You develop a common vision through typical design artefacts (e.g. customer journey) and workshops.

• You work closely with the interdisciplinary agile team and the website team as well as external service providers.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in user experience design / user interface design with the associated processes and methods and have gained this experience primarily in an e-commerce / lead gen company, portal or online agency – preferably also in a start-up environment.

• A successfully completed university degree (UX Design, Strategic Design, Media Design, Media / Communication Sciences, Media Informatics, Computer Science, Communication Design or comparable degree).

• You have experience with common prototyping and design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD etc.

• You have a very good feeling for functional but especially user-centred design and its technical feasibility.

• You work independently and have a strong team spirit.

• Good communication with all parties involved, such as product managers, developers and user groups, is important to you.

• Since you dislike bureaucracy as much as we do, speed and efficient processes in an agile project environment are just as important to you as they are to us.

• Excellent written and spoken English is required
