Seize this opportunity and support our team at one of our locations or remotely across Germany, starting in July 2024 in full-time as Senior Product Designer (m/f/d).

Enhance our brand’s digital experiences through exceptional UX/UI Design and Design System Management! We are inviting a dynamic Digital Product Designer to significantly elevate the user experience and interface design of our brand’s websites while actively contributing to the management and evolution of our design system. This dual-focus role is ideal for a designer who thrives in both crafting engaging user interfaces and building cohesive, scalable design systems.

• Develop UX/UI design solutions: Lead the creation and refinement of user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, ensuring a stellar user experience across all digital channels.
• Manage and evolve the design system: Actively contribute to the development, optimization, and maintenance of our design system to ensure design consistency and efficiency across multiple platforms.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to see the larger picture and contribute to the strategic planning of design initiatives, aligning them with business objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand identity and contribute positively to our brand strategy.
• Evaluate and optimize user interfaces: Regularly assess the usability and accessibility of our websites, making data-driven decisions to enhance user satisfaction.
• Mentoring Abilities: Willingness to guide less experienced designers, fostering a collaborative team environment and sharing advanced design knowledge and practices.
• Stay informed on industry developments: Regularly update your knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our practices at the cutting edge.

• Strong background in UX/UI design: At least 4 years of professional experience in UX and UI design, evidenced by a robust portfolio of successful projects.
• Proven experience with design systems: Demonstrated ability to contribute to, utilize, and maintain design systems within a fast-paced business environment.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
• Effective teamwork skills: Experience working in cross-functional teams and excellent interpersonal communication abilities to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Analytical and research skills: Capability to conduct and apply user research and analytics to design projects for continuous improvement.
• Adaptability and problem-solving: Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and solve complex design challenges.
• Communication and presentation skills: Excellent ability to communicate design concepts and decisions to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• BONUS: Good understanding of HTML/CSS and how UI design components translate to code
