Strengthen our CRM Team for the international markets in full time (40 hrs./week) as CRM Manager (m/f/d) within Germany or at our office in Berlin. This position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract.

This role focuses on driving data-driven CRM campaigns, automating customer journeys, and optimizing engagement through analysis, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your tasks

  • Develop and execute scalable CRM campaigns across email, SMS and WhatsApp to engage diverse international target groups.

  • Implement and optimize automated customer journeys (e.g., welcome, reactivation, aftersales) to enhance conversion and retention.

  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and derive data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and efficiency.

  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize content, timing, and customer journeys using innovative and AI-powered approaches.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing, IT) to align CRM initiatives with business goals.

Your Profile

  • You bring initial to mid-level experience in CRM management within a tech-enabled or digital environment.

  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking combined with a hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • You possess both technical and conceptual understanding, enabling you to manage end-to-end CRM processes and leverage AI tools for content creation.

  • You are an adaptable all-rounder who thrives in agile environments and enjoys working across the full customer funnel.

  • You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
