We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our marketing technology team. This is a full-time position, which can be carried out completely remote within Germany or at one of our locations in Germany.

• Drive technological advancement with conversion impact as a thought leader and technical enabler for a key system in the user journey, leading a cross-functional team and serving as the key point of contact and go-to person for your team.

• Collaborate with other product managers to define and execute a dynamic product vision and strategy, incorporating feedback and iterative learning.

• Articulate a strategic vision for the evolution of E2E automation and personalization, aligning with long-term user needs and business objectives.

• Provide tools and strategies for personalization, enabling marketers to enhance the website experience based on individual user preferences, thereby improving user satisfaction and business outcomes.

• Develop and iteratively improve dynamic personalization engines that adjust content and interfaces in real-time, based on continuous user testing and data-driven insights.

• Identify and map out key user journeys for automation, ensuring a seamless integration of personalization to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

• Utilize advanced machine learning and AI technologies to automate decision-making processes, enhancing the speed and accuracy of personalized content delivery.

• Implement robust A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of personalization algorithms, using key performance metrics to iterate and improve continuously

• You have a minimum of five years of professional experience in e-commerce or website development, with a focus on product management and website development.

• A strong understanding of product development principles and the ability to apply them to website development push you.

• You have experience in creating product roadmaps and visions as well as the ability to prioritise ideas and projects based on potential, importance, and feasibility.

• You are experienced with website performance monitoring and optimization.

• You have a high level of understanding for technical problems and strong analytical skills as well as the ability to handle numbers, data, and facts.

• You offer exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (in english), with the ability to explain product decisions and trade-offs.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to make decisions with responsibility.
