Verstärke unser HR-Team ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) als Sen. HR Business Partner (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte oder im Homeoffice für die Business Unit Academia.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt unsere People Lead Academic Operations durch Übernahme von operativen Aufgaben die in der Business Unit Professor: innen anfallen
- Du bereitest regelmäßige Austauschtermine mit unseren lokalen Betriebsräten vor & nach und bist Ansprechpartner: in auf Augenhöhe
- Du bist für unsere akademischen Führungskräfte unterstützend da & die Schnittstelle zu unseren HR-Teams
- Du übernimmst sukzessive die lösungsorientierte Beratung unserer Führungskräfte zu personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Du unterstützt bei ad hoc anfragen und gewährleistest eine kontinuierliche Datenqualität in unserem HCM System Workday
Dein Profil
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen u.a. als Personalreferent, HR-Generalist oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der intensiven Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten sowie gefestigtes Wissen im deutschem Arbeits- & Kollektivrecht
- Dir bereitet eine vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat viel Freude, du kennst dich mit der Umsetzung von Betriebsvereinbarungen aus und kannst durch deine Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke überzeugen.
- Du hast zudem Spaß an einer generalistischen Tätigkeit und möchtest gerne an bereichsübergreifenden HR-Themen arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

To what extent is home office possible?
We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
How many days paid holiday will I get per year?
All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.
Why are there so many open positions at IU?
Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.
How flexible are the working hours at IU?
Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.
