Verstärke unser Team ab sofort in Vollzeit als Research Manager (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte in Deutschland (z.B. München, Hamburg, Berlin etc.) oder remote deutschlandweit.

Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest unsere nationalen und internationalen Studien von der Konzeption über die Programmierung und Durchführung bis hin zur Aufbereitung, Auswertung und Interpretation der Daten mit gängigen Statistikprogrammen
Du bist verantwortlich dafür, dass unsere Erkenntnisse kommuniziert und zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Du beschäftigst dich mit innovativen Forschungsmethoden und bist dafür verantwortlich, die Marktforschung der IU stetig weiterzuentwickeln und um neue Tools Methoden anzureichern.
Um das alles zu erreichen, arbeitest Du auf Augenhöhe mit der Geschäftsführung und den relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marktforschung
Du glaubst an die Kraft von Zahlen und die eine große Erkenntnis, die den Unterschied ausmacht. Du liebst es, diese auf den Punkt zu bringen.
Für dich ist es selbstverständlich Verantwortung zu übernehmen und flexibel auf neue Herausforderungen zu reagieren – dabei bist Du strukturiert und verfügst über ein hohes Organisationsgeschick.
Stillstand ist für Dich ein Fremdwort – Du möchtest Dich stetig weiterentwickeln und Neues entdecken.
Deine hervorragenden Englischkenntnisse machen Dir die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Kolleg:innen leicht.

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

What is expected to be successful at IU?
