Join our team now in full time at one of our locations or 100% remote as Teamlead After-Sales Analytics (m/f/d).
As Team Lead After-Sales Analytics (m/f/d) you are responsible for comprehensive reporting on topics such as enrolment, study progress and customer service
You create data analysis (ad hoc and strategic) together with your team and fulfill the actions that come from recommendations for the business operations
You are a valued business partner for your stakeholders and accompany them as a sparring partner from the preparation of individual analyses to their implementation
You will further develop our data structures and reporting landscape (especially in Power BI) and ensure that our methods and processes are state-of-the-art
You will take over the technical and professional management of the team with an empathetic leadership style and will continuously develop it further
You enjoy working with large data and have strong experience working with Power BI, SQL, Excel and Salesforce (knowledge of Python or AWS is a plus)
You have previous management experience in an analytical field (e.g. business intelligence, business analytics or controlling) or in consulting
Your strong business sense and excellent communication skills enable you to have effective discussions with other managers and the executive board

You should have completed a degree in the field of business administration, economics, data science, statistics, engineering or similar as well as have very good English skills round off your profile
